it's not like I don't even understand her issue. I literally had/have this same issue. but I still hate her. because she refused for so long to face teh music. and no one said. anything to her seriously to really make her understand. yes it's fucking discouraging but that's how it is. it helps that yes you wanna quit but instead of quitting you take breaks and come back. give yourself time to reset and think (at least that's how I sorta started managing it a bit). talent is wasted with no more effort. There are better people out there, who got to where they are not because of talent but effort. talent only goes so far and it's an important lesson to learn. Yoko missed her chance to learn that early so the disparity in her performance now that she is leaving her little fishbowl to join a bigger tank is hitting hard (a relatable situation), so she needs proper guidance and support to keep her going until she finally overcome some hurdle in her journey to progression.

the red hair is a arrogant natural genius but who gives up when she actual has to try/learn something. she never had a hard time with anything until she joined border. she never learned how to work hard and trying hard. (but i think it was a wrong move on the authors part to let her family or the mom stay alive)

the white hair guy you could say is a little jealous of the raid her girl who is very talented but gives up when its not ez for her anymore. it frustrates him because no matter how hard he tries he just cant be as good as her

the other guy is just a chill guy that just wants the other 2 to get along (i really do not understand why everyone calls him a simp)

the girl with the glasses you could say is the real captain and is the one that keeps the order (i also like to believe that she killed her parents)
